Head Waiter
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met
Coordinate table assignments, service flow, and staff schedules
Train, mentor, and motivate wait staff
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Collaborate closely with management and kitchen teams
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
