JOB PURPOSE

To attend to guest tables and to maximise sales by providing exceptional customer service, in a
professional and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and recommend products to guests

3. Take and process guest's orders in an accurate and timely manner

4. Consistently monitor quality of food and beverage being served

5. Understand and anticipate customer needs, constantly checking our guests to see if they need anything

6. Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue

7. Prepare guest's bill, receive payment, and issue receipts through any authorized modes.

8. Prepare assigned section for service utilizing opening checklist and as instructed through briefings

9. Responsible for the set up and clearance of tables within section. Ensure tables are turned around and ready in a timely manner

10. Complete side-works during and at the end of each shift. This includes, but not limited to, folding linens, cleaning the expo and workstations, cleaning, and refilling items on the side stations, wiping silver wares, and cleaning the soda taps

11. Demonstrate exceptional guest relations and attend to guest complaints and/or queries satisfactorily

12. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage

13. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and follow health and safety practices at all times

14. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Management

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. With 2-3 years of relevant experience in Hospitality or F&B field

2. Good working knowledge in POS system

3. Strong communication and organizational skills

4. Excellent customer service and upselling skills

5. Pleasant and professional personality, demonstrate ability to work under pressure

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
