Head Waiter / Captain Waiter
Job Description
Kempinski The Palm is actively looking for Head waiter/waitress or Captain waiter/waitress for upscaling fine dining restaurant. European cuisine experience background is preferred. The candidate must be in Dubai already and priority will be given to ready to join.
Role Description:
The Captain Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining room staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing food and beverage service, and coordinating with the kitchen to provide seamless dining experiences. Additional tasks include taking orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Food & Beverage, and Food Service experience
- Basic Cooking knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is desirable
