Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Therapist to lead our spa and beauty service team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in spa therapy, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a client-facing and team-management role that requires both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of therapists to maintain high service standards.
Provide premium spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, as needed.
Train and mentor junior therapists, ensuring skill development and adherence to company protocols.
Maintain and enforce strict hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and client appointments.
Handle client consultations, ensuring tailored treatment plans and aftercare advice.
Monitor and manage treatment quality, customer satisfaction, and service consistency.
Manage inventory of spa products and equipment, ensuring readiness and quality.
Coordinate with management to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
Travel to clients' residences across Dubai to oversee and/or deliver services.
Requirements:
Minimum 9-10 years of professional spa therapy experience.
1-2 years of UAE experience preferred.
Valid certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
Own visa preferred (company accommodation provided ).
Immediate availability is an advantage.
Fluent in English .
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
