Supervising the maintenance request to ensure a safe a clean environment across the entire school. Key Responsibilities:
Managing activities performed by staff and ensuring that they are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
Ensuring that all staff requests and complaints get answered in an effective and timely manner
Ensuring that all maintenance works within the school are resolved
Identifying innovative methods to effectively and efficiently handle customer complaints
Acting as a liaison between the school and the staff in regards to all maintenance works
Performing such other related tasks as they are assigned and delegated by school management
Ideal Requirements:
Technical degree in a related subject
3+ years of experience
English Proficient
Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct
Communication skills
Ability to work within a team
