- Managing activities performed by staff and ensuring that they are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all staff requests and complaints get answered in an effective and timely manner
- Ensuring that all maintenance works within the school are resolved
- Identifying innovative methods to effectively and efficiently handle customer complaints
- Acting as a liaison between the school and the staff in regards to all maintenance works
- Performing such other related tasks as they are assigned and delegated by school management
- Technical degree in a related subject
- 3+ years of experience
- English Proficient
- Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct
- Communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
