Fine dining opportunity for an experienced Sommelier ready to join the leadership team with this exciting new restaurant opening supported by an established hospitality group in Dubai!
For this Head Sommelier position, we are requiring previous fine dining experiences, someone who can confidently mentor, support, & inspire a team at Michelin star levels.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a passion and strong knowledge of food, wines & spirits \xe2\x80\x93 WSET 2/ 3 desirable.
A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a Michelin Star establishment - Ability to work well under pressure for Michelin visit or potential inspector.
English & Spanish language skills advantageous.
