JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 1215 years of progressive experience in risk management and/or compliance, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles, ideally within financial services or regulatory institutions in the Middle East.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, anti-fraud systems, and national regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing risk and compliance functions.
- Strong understanding of governance, operational risk, data privacy, AML, and business continuity principles.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership, regulators, and board-level committees.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- High ethical standards, analytical thinking, and resilience under pressure
- Professional certifications such as CRMA, CIA, CCEP, or equivalent are preferred.
