Head-Remote Recruitment Division The company based in Dubai, UAE is looking for an Incumbent based in India and sourcing recruiters and resources remotely: The incumbent is a seasoned Recruiter who is able to: 1. Hire Remote Recruiters around the world based on competency, cost, timeline, timezones, database and delivery of results 2. Work with the Business Development Manager/Team to understand the client requirements and scope the entire process 3. Be the one point interface with the client in handling multiple positions, projects, recruiters and at the end wow the clients and meet organisation requirement 4. Monitor the remote recruiters (both freelance and FTEs) who work from home to follow the process, use ATS, CRM, boolean search and deliver quality resumes with a highest conversion rate and lowest lead time. Qualification MBA/MSW in HR, specializing in Talent Acquistion, Business Development, Client Servicing A Minimum of 10 years in Talent Acquisition preferably in Recruitment Firms handling remote workers and deliver results in the most cost effective way. Exposure to Digital tools such as Time Doctor, Microsoft Teams, ATS etc. is essential Ensure work life balance and yet a stringent work monitoring system to deliver results and report to the CEO.
