Head of Visual merchandising \xe2\x80\x93 Implementation

Reporting to Head of Retail

You will implement effective visual merchandising in stores in order to maximise store sales
You will coach stores on executing and delivering brand expectations
Reporting to the Head of Retail, this diverse role will see you responsible for all aspects of visual merchandising across your region of stores (150 stores)
You will be responsible for management of the Area Visual Merchandising managers (4-5) and the store visual merchandisers (across 150 stores)
Provide feedback to store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved
Report on store brief execution and standards
Provide feedback to Head of Retail regarding housekeeping and/or relevant merchandising/stock issues
Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximise sales opportunities

Skills

Ideally you will have previously worked within a fast paced, large scale format visual merchandising roles involving store launches, and have solid management experience
You will be a confident problem solver with an analytical approach to decision making
Pay incredible attention to detail and interpret data to drive commercial selection
Excellent communication and presentation skills including written, visual and verbal
Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced trading environment

This role is 50% office based and 50% out in stores
