The Role
As Head of the French market, your role will be to select our future bestsellers and to support our authors in the publication of their text. In total autonomy, you will receive the texts when they are returned from correction and you will ensure the editorial process: pointing out inconsistencies, proposing areas for improvement. You will also be in charge of proposing images for the cover to the authors, then placing orders with our graphic designers.

- Sort through the manuscripts received and select our next bestsellers
- Find and retain the best authors in each genre.
- Annotate manuscripts and accompany authors in the editorial process
- Assign cover orders to graphic designers
- Manage communication and promotion for each launch.
- Manage the relationship with authors.

- Trouver et fidxc3xa9liser les meilleurs auteurs de chaque genre.
- Annoter les manuscrits et accompagner les auteurs dans le processus xc3xa9ditorial

- Gxc3xa9rer la communication et la promotion pour chaque lancement.
- Gxc3xa9rer la relation avec les auteurs.
- 3-5 years of experience in the publishing world
- Creative person, passionate about the world of publishing with a strong attraction for digital
- Independent, autonomous, proactive, able to discipline himself in the event of teleworking or the absence of a supervisor in the office
- Devouring curiosity
- Foolproof responsiveness: being web specialists, we publish a lot and are used to working with tight deadlines!
