About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Head of Department
to lead our valuation services division with a strategic focus on
business development and revenue growth
. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of the valuation industry, and a proven ability to generate new business and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow the valuation services portfolio.
Drive revenue generation through client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion.
Lead and oversee the valuation department's operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players including banks, developers, government entities, and private investors.
Identify market trends and opportunities for service diversification and enhancement.
Work collaboratively with valuation professionals, marketing, sales, and finance teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and professional ethics.
Report department performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management or board members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
At least
8-10 years of experience
in valuation services, real estate, or consulting, with a minimum of
5 years in a leadership or business development role
.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue and expanding client networks.
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly desirable.
MRICS certification is a strong plus.
