Etagi Real Estate is looking for an experienced and driven

Head of Telesales

to lead our lead conversion team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient lead distribution, high-quality customer follow-up, and optimizing conversion rates through expert CRM system management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the team responsible for converting leads within the CRM system. Distribute incoming leads to real estate agents based on relevant criteria. Monitor and optimize the entire conversion process to ensure timely and effective follow-up. Oversee customer follow-ups, ensuring high-quality communication and engagement. Track lead performance metrics and report on achievement targets. Ensure CRM system is used effectively and maintained with accurate, up-to-date data. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer journey and conversion strategy.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in managing lead conversion teams, preferably in the UAE real estate market. Strong expertise in CRM systems (Bitrix preferred or equivalent). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Background in team management and process optimization. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage. Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
