Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Head of Technical/Technical Manager
to lead our Technical Department and oversee all engineering, design, and technical coordination activities within our projects. Preferably with proven experience working with main contractor, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency across all technical aspects of construction projects.Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a reputable main contractor. Proven track record in managing large-scale buildings, villas, residential and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design management, and technical coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office Suite. UAE experience preferred.
