We are supporting a leading organization in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) supply chain and distribution sector in hiring an experienced Head of Supply Chain. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to the QSR industry, a solid leadership background, and proven success in managing complex supply chain, logistics, and procurement functions within the UAE.

This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across all supply chain touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full supply chain function, including demand planning, forecasting, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
*
Align supply chain operations with QSR industry requirements and service-level expectations.
*
Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and logistics partners.
*
Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and effective replenishment cycles across multiple locations.
*
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices.
*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial) to support business planning and growth.
*
Manage, mentor, and develop supply chain teams to achieve high performance.
*
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
*
Support procurement activities; experience in sourcing and vendor negotiation is an advantage.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:

*
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
*
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in supply chain roles, including 3-5 years in a managerial or head-of-function position.
*
Mandatory: Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry or a similar high-volume food supply chain environment.
*
Mandatory: Strong UAE market experience.
*
Comprehensive knowledge of planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
*
Experience in procurement is a strong plus.
*
Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-functional teams.
*
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
