Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic

Head of Supply Chain

to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring

international supply chain expertise (U.S. and U.K. markets in particular)

and a proven background in the

FMCG industry

. Experience with

regulated products

(e.g., nicotine, beverages, or other compliance-heavy categories) will be considered a strong advantage.

This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and compliance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with GW Products' growth objectives. Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management functions. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, and reliability. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and local market laws (especially in the U.S. and U.K.). Implement supply chain technologies, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency and visibility. Lead supply and demand planning to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory. Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team across multiple geographies. Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align supply chain goals with business needs. Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive experience

in supply chain management, with at least

5 years in a leadership role.

Strong international supply chain exposure, particularly in the

U.S. and U.K. markets.

Proven experience in the

FMCG sector.

Familiarity with

regulated product categories

(nicotine, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, etc.) is a strong plus. Exceptional negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience with ERP/supply chain systems and data-driven decision making. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
