About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Head of Supply Chain

to lead and manage our end-to-end supply chain operations from our

Dubai headquarters

, with a strong focus on

UK and EU logistics, customs clearance

, and international distribution.

The ideal candidate will have deep operational experience in

logistics, import/export procedures, customs compliance

, and

team leadership

, and will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain strategy as we scale globally. Experience with

Odoo ERP

is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire supply chain function, from procurement and warehousing to final delivery, with a focus on

UK/EU trade routes

Manage import/export logistics and ensure

full customs compliance

, particularly for EU and UK shipments Oversee all aspects of

clearing, freight forwarding, and transportation

, working with global and regional vendors Build, manage, and mentor a supply chain team, including logistics coordinators and clearance clerks Develop scalable systems and workflows to support growth and efficiency Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and finance to ensure stock availability, accurate forecasting, and seamless fulfillment Maintain accurate documentation, customs records, and audit-ready compliance files Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement Oversee local and international warehousing strategies

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role Strong understanding of

UK and EU logistics

, import/export laws, and clearance procedures Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL providers Proven track record of managing

logistics teams

, including clerks and coordinators Excellent knowledge of

supply chain best practices

, inventory control, and international shipping Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; able to work onsite full time

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Odoo ERP

or similar systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Familiarity with

post-Brexit EU/UK trade regulations

Background in e-commerce, manufacturing, or consumer goods Multilingual capabilities are a plus (English required; Arabic, French, or European languages a bonus)
