Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Head of Specification to lead our efforts in getting our products specified by architects, consultants, and designers. This role involves building strong relationships within the design community, promoting our product range, and ensuring early-stage specification in key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a specification strategy. Engage with architects, consultants, and specifiers to promote products. Conduct presentations and technical meetings. Track project pipelines and drive product inclusion from concept to execution. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Requirements:
5+ years in specification sales or technical promotion. Strong network among specifiers (architects, consultants, engineers). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Background in construction, architecture, or engineering preferred.
