Founded by Lewis Jones in 2019, DRUIDS is a direct to consumer (DTC) golf apparel / accessories and active-wear apparel brand. In 2022, it generated \xc2\xa38.4m sales profitably. Today, the majority of revenue is generated in the UK & Ireland, with USA, France, Sweden, Spain, Germany and Netherlands leading the long tail of high potential international customers we\xe2\x80\x99d like to target next.
In Q1 \xe2\x80\x9823 we conducted a full strategic and tactical review with proven eCommerce growth consultancy The Growth Foundation, who\xe2\x80\x99ve helped brands like Gymshark, The Giving Movement, Sculpted by Aimee grow from \xc2\xa310ms to \xc2\xa3100ms revenue. This new role, along with a handful of others in demand creation for DRUIDS is a major tactic in realising the huge potential for DRUIDS, and unlocking growth to \xc2\xa3100m+ revenue in the next 5 years. This is a career defining opportunity; allowing the right candidate to make their mark and work to propel DRUIDS into a trail-blazing, disruptive golf apparel brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be social media-obsessed with your finger closely on the pulse of the golf, sports, apparel, fashion and in social spaces and emerging digital trends. You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies and tactics in Organic and Earned media to take DRUIDS to the next level. You\xe2\x80\x99re a disruptor and not afraid to be brave and push the boundaries! You will be focused on brand awareness, follower growth, and engagement, building communities and creating hype on our social channels whilst keeping up to date with the current trends. You will be a key player in driving forward our new brand mission to customers, helping us develop our organic and earned social media tactics to drive awareness and sales from socials at DRUIDS. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who thrives from working under pressure, a forward-thinker, team player and all-round communicator. You will be full of ideas and be able to develop creative solutions to key business challenges. You will also be a part of relevant cultural / golf conversations, react first to social trends and utilise social listening to understand more about our audience. Main Accountabilities: Organic Media
  • Utilise your knowledge of key social platforms and develop relationships with their account management teams, including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Linkedin, and Twitter;
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and deliver the brands\xe2\x80\x99 social media strategy and tactics; setting KPIs relevant to each channel against brand and commercial objectives, such as increasing following and engagement metrics;
  • Take full responsibility for managing all posts, expressing company\xe2\x80\x99s views in the most creative way and managing community online to build a strong & loyal following;
  • Sources and implements commercial-driven brand collaborations for influencer partnerships, promotions and giveaways;
  • Analyses trends in customer interactions, developments in social media, digital technologies and competition to plan our campaigns and achieve the maximum ROI;
  • Champion the social agenda through a deep understanding of the social media landscape and experience managing social media comms for like-minded brands;
  • Support the wider team on delivering against Brand goals, including supporting cross-functional projects outside of the immediate remit;
  • Manage the social media schedule including posts, stories, live content;
  • Collaborate with the wider team to source and manage content collaborators to create bespoke assets for channels;
  • Work closely with the Customer Services Manager to monitor feedback across our social channels, and advise on the best response in the brand\'s tone of voice.
Earned Media
  • Development and execution of Earned Media (Influencer / Creator / Ambassador / Sponsor) strategies and campaigns;
  • Develop and launch PR and events activity which drives further upper funnel awareness and brand equity;
  • Finding, pitching and securing the \xe2\x80\x98right\xe2\x80\x99 influencers and negotiating the best commercials and service levels between DRUIDS and the influencer (i.e. Gifting, Retainer, Commission or Hybrid?), always aiming to generate significant RoI for us;
  • Running influencer campaigns, working on content including the development of ideas and securing this campaigns with our roster of influencers;
  • Maintaining influencer relations and ensure DRUIDS are regarded as a market leading Brand in the Golf Influencer community, facilitate product seeding, onboarding and training;
  • Keeping up to date and utilising knowledge of the legalities involved in influencer campaigns across international markets;
  • Planning influencer events and trips;
  • Performance of a comparative analysis of the achievements and ROI (including competitors);
Overall
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for growth
  • Hire, lead and coach a leading-edge team to help execute against goals;
  • Provide expertise on current organic and earned media industry best practice;
  • Positively impact and influence internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with Product, Brand, Marketing, Trading, Operations, Tech, Insight and Finance functions;
  • Uphold DRUIDS brand vision and standards as well as Women\'s Best\xe2\x80\x99s company Objectives, Strategy & Tactics;
  • Think like a customer, all the time, every day.


About You:
  • Always looking for 1st and 3rd party content and able to spontaneously capture this;
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, various platforms and trends within the industry;
  • You have sound knowledge of all social channels is a must - and we need to get our TikTok going fast!
  • Strong project and campaign management skills with an analytical approach to key metrics;
  • Creative thinker who is passionate about developing new and engage social ideas;
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key business functions and 3rd party influencer / partners;
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
  • Are bullish about DRUIDS and its potential
Experience & skills:
  • 6+ years of work experience in international Influencer marketing, ideally in sports apparel or a social media / influencer agency with fast growth apparel clients;
  • Experience with building and retaining \xe2\x80\x98amazing\xe2\x80\x99 influencers and producing engaging organic content;
  • A structured way of working; competencies in planning and organisation & excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and social networks;
  • An eye for quality content & storytelling;
  • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within team;
