Under the general guidance of the Out let Manager, assist in ensuring the quality of shisha is good. To upsell a variety of Shisha products to the Guests within the Restaurant in a happy, fun, positive, and friendly manner, the main responsibility is to be knowledgeable about your product and promote and sell Shisha to maximize sales. Key Result Areas:
- Ensure the quality of Shisha is good and as per standards.
- Train the Shisha Staff from time to time.
- Ensure the guests have the best Shisha experience by promoting the best flavors and products.
- To achieve the highest satisfaction rate in terms of Shisha service.
- Regard all guests with a smile, happy, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Promote and sell Shisha products for maximum sales.
- Must be available to answer questions, queries effectively, ensuring the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs are met throughout the whole of their visit
- Understand the infirmary procedures and assist anyone in need of medical attention.
- Must be energetic and fun, willing to approach, engage and sell to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, a great work attitude and professional service to ensure clients overall experience.
- Minimum high school academic
- Experience minimum 1-year similar position
- Good talent, good appearance, good presentation, Smile.
- You must have an aptitude for life, fun and confident and a great work ethic
- A good understanding of sales and the confidence to up sell.
- Strong knowledge of Shisha.
- A good team player but self-motivated and integrity in dealing with others incorporating great customer service.
- Willingness to always improve and learn new skills and be client focused.
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
