Develop and manage security protocols to safeguard company staff and assets, reporting directly to the Head of Security, Safety, and Facility
Supervise security operations to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards
Lead the security team's emergency response and coordinate communications with employees during such events
Manage the onboarding process and integration of new security staff members
Organize and conduct training programs for the security team while coordinating additional training with external providers
Carry out regular risk evaluations and vulnerability assessments, delivering detailed reports along with practical recommendations
Collaborate with external partners to install, maintain, and improve security systems to guarantee their effective operation
Ensure continuous compliance with security policies and regulations among employees
Analyze past security incidents to develop preventive measures and improve response strategies
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained through the role, refraining from sharing any data with unauthorized parties
Requirements
Fluent or native-level English proficiency (C1), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 5 years of experience in military, police, national security, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years in a security management role
Thorough understanding of security procedures, risk evaluation, and emergency response planning
Demonstrated leadership skills with successful team management experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality
Proficient in the use and troubleshooting of security technologies and systems
Experience working alongside law enforcement and external security agencies
