JPC - 3999 - Head of Section - Accounts
Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualification: Bachelors Degree+ CPA Certification
Experience: 4-7 years
Language Proficiency: Bilingual
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare systems and manuals of operations and development plans for the scope of
work of the section; Supervise the performance of its units.
? Prepare systems and operational procedures related to the work of the section and
provide recommendations and proposals thereon when reviewed by the Director.
? Participate in the preparation of detailed budgets for the section by providing the required
support to the Director.
? Develop reports and proposals for digital transformation and adopt modern best
practices to improve the operations in the section and ensure their efficient
implementation.
? Supervising the registration and regulation of all accounts payable and suppliers in the
company's financial and accounting records.
? Effectively review and approve supplier and customer matches and statements by
reviewing contracts and agreements and ensuring that commitments are implemented
accurately and in a timely manner.
? Review and approve financial and accounting procedures related to credit and payments
of creditors' dues.
? Review and approve the execution of supplier payments by cheque or transfers.
? Review and approve supplier age analysis and prepare supplier analysis report by
categories.
? Review and adopt the accounting classification of dues and automatic phase restrictions
for suppliers.
? Review and approve the procedures of purchase orders and exchange rates for suppliers'
dues.
? Review and approve periodic supplier settlements and review their periodic reports.
