\xef\x82\xa7 Lead the Secondary Schools daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with the schools vision and strategic priorities.
\xef\x82\xa7 Oversee curriculum development, teaching practices, and assessment, ensuring a modern, engaging learning environment for students in Years 7-13.
\xef\x82\xa7 Provide professional learning opportunities, monitor staff performance, and foster team building and welfare.
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage student welfare, behaviour support, and community service initiatives, working closely with parents and relevant staff.
\xef\x82\xa7 Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote the school, engage with families, and enhance community relations.
