Requirements:
- Education Required: Bachelor
- Minimum Teaching Experience: 6 years of teaching experience
- Required Certificates: Teaching Credential/License Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree in Education or Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 6 years Teaching experience in English National Curriculum.
- Very good/outstanding teacher
- Teaching across ability range with proven success
- Experience of leading whole school initiatives that have led to improvement in standards and achievement
- Experience of line/performance management
- Experience of working in more than one International School
- Experience of teaching English National Curriculum
- Strong leadership skills and impact of improving learning and teaching
- Inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of coaching and its benefits
- Knowledge of UAE Ministry of Education and ADEK regulations
- Experience leading/facilitating CPD and coaching programmes
