This role is open to all office locations in EMEA
The Head of Sales O&G for the EMEA region will primarily have the responsibility is to drive the region's sales strategy and delivery across all sectors in region, with a particular expertise in one (O&G), through a blend of direct and dotted reporting lines.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of O&G, this role will be working collaboratively with end markets colleagues and other functions (Operations, Engineering, Strategy, Services etc.), while building close internal relationships.
This strategic role is crucial for account development in planning of responsibilities of teams, driving long term growth, and operational excellence across different channels and in collaboration with our teams.
This will provide the opportunity for overall responsibility for the region's regional sales forecasting, KPIs, results, and leadership as well as delivery of strategic goals in line with the sector, wider End Markets teams and Rotork vision.
