Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Promote SETCON - variable speed drive technology in the region
  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with EPCs, plant operators, OEMs, and industrial end-users
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with SET's global sustainability and growth objectives
  • Establishing a physical sales office in the region
  • Conduct technical presentations, ROI calculations, and retrofit assessments for customers
  • Support clients throughout the full sales cycle - from technical proposal to commissioning
  • Collaborate with the SET engineering and project management teams to customize solutions based on local requirements
  • Attend regional trade shows, conferences, and client workshops
