Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the company's presence in target markets. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Take ownership of achieving both individual and team sales targets. Build, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals to scale revenue growth. Lead market research efforts to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities. Drive product promotion, marketing initiatives, and brand positioning to strengthen the company's market presence. Support strategic initiatives including financial planning, licensing, compliance, and external partnerships. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility. Provide management with regular reports, insights, and recommendations on market performance and expansion progress.
Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role in the [forex/financial services] industry. Strong understanding of market operations, sales strategies, and client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel and participate in industry events as required
