BettingJobs is working with a newly formed, high-potential Forex brokerage startup based in Dubai, backed by a well-established holding group with diversified interests across finance, fintech, and the luxury sectors. They are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Lead and manage global Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, institutional clients, and strategic stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in emerging and mature markets.
• Oversee performance marketing and client acquisition strategies (digital, affiliate, IB programs).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to align commercial goals with overall company strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning.
• Manage commercial KPIs and prepare performance reports for executive leadership and board-level review.
• Ensure the business remains compliant with international regulatory requirements related to commercial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience expanding business into LATAM, MENA, Europe, Asia, or Africa markets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, performance marketing tools, and affiliate platforms.
• Proven experience as CCO, Commercial Director, or similar senior leadership role within the Forex, CFDs, or financial trading sector.
• In-depth knowledge of global Forex markets, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross functional teams across regions.
• Experience with both B2C and B2B client acquisition and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
