Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the company's global and regional sales strategy in line with overall business objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development.
3. Oversee sales operations across key markets, with a strong focus on MEA and international regions.
4. Establish, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
5. Identify new market opportunities, evaluate potential partners, and drive business expansion initiatives.
6. Set sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and margin goals.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing strategic insights to management.
8. Lead high-level negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with key customers.
9. Ensure effective use of CRM systems, accurate sales forecasting, and structured reporting to senior management.
10. Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
11. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and major client meetings globally.
Qualifications - Mandatory:
1. Proven experience in a senior sales or managerial role within the
B2B automotive spare parts aftermarket industry.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
3. Strong command of
English and russian
, additional languages are an advantage.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage large accounts, and drive strategic sales growth.
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (SAP would be an advantage).
6. Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
7. Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Qualifications - Advantageous:
1. Experience working with internationally established automotive spare parts brands.
2. Exposure to multi-region sales management (MEA, Europe, CIS, Central Asia).
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
