Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales consultants
Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor daily performance
Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan & secondary properties
Drive revenue growth and improve team conversion ratios
Coach, mentor, and train team members
Coordinate with marketing team to convert leads into deals
Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and investors
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Requirements
Minimum
8 years of UAE real estate sales experience
At least
3 years in a sales leadership / manager role
Proven track record of team handling and target achievement
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market and regulations
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
