We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Head of Sales

to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through high-performing sales teams.

You will be responsible for setting sales strategy, managing teams, achieving targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, channel partners, and sales executives Drive bookings, revenue, and collections across residential / commercial projects Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights Build strong relationships with brokers, investors, and key clients Monitor sales performance, MIS reports, and pipeline management Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for lead conversion Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 8+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role Should have at least 2 years of experience in Dubai in a leadership role Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, CRM systems, and channel sales in

Dubai

. Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage large teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills Target-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
