Job Description
We are looking for someone who: Has experience in the medical field, preferably dentistry (mandatory) Has built a sales department from scratch or completely restructured an existing one Understands the premium segment and is results-driven Ideally is already based in Dubai (remote candidates may be considered if they have proven successful cases of building and managing sales teams online) Responsibilities: Build and structure the sales department for a premium dental clinic Set up the sales funnel, scripts, KPIs, metrics, and control systems Increase conversion rates and LTV Work with warm and hot leads Collaborate closely with the marketing team and management
