Job Description
We need someone who: aEUR" Has worked in healthcare, preferably dentistry (mandatory) aEUR" Has built a sales department from scratch or fully restructured one aEUR" Understands the premium segment and is focused on results aEUR" Ideally is already based in Dubai (we may consider a remote specialist if there are proven successful cases of building a sales department online)
What you will be responsible for: aEUR" Setting up a high-performing sales department for a premium clinic aEUR" Creating funnels, scripts, metrics, and control systems aEUR" Increasing conversion rates and LTV aEUR" Working with warm/hot inbound leads aEUR" Collaborating with marketing and top management
