Dar Al Aiham Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage high-level client relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a proven sales record in the real estate industry, and the ability to build and execute strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve company targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
Manage high-value client relationships and handle key negotiations
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Set sales KPIs, track team performance, and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with marketing and senior management on campaigns and project launches
Ensure the team delivers a premium customer experience at all stages
Participate in project presentations, meetings, and events
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Experience in a leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Sales Director)
Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Strong command of English
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a big advantage (if applicable)
