to join our TradeQuo team. We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
:
Leadership and Team Management
:
Oversee and inspire a team of Business Development Managers, providing coaching,
mentoring, and performance development.
Establish and maintain clear sales targets and KPIs, regularly analyzing performance and implementing improvement strategies.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, celebrating successes and addressing challenges constructively.
Sales Strategy and Execution
:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives and market trends.
Identify and qualify high-potential leads, leveraging diverse marketing channels and networking opportunities.
Drive the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing client relationship management.
Stay current on market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes, adapting and refining sales strategies accordingly
Client Relationship Management
:
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their individual needs and risk profiles.
Effectively communicate complex financial products and services, tailoring presentations and recommendations to each client's specific situation.
Ensure clients receive exceptional service and ongoing support, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business
Reporting and Analysis
:
Regularly track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
Generate accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, contributing to strategic decision making.
Analyze competitor activity and industry trends, providing insights to optimize sales strategies.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
:
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Stay informed of regulatory updates and ensure team members are adequately trained to
maintain compliance.
Requirements
:
Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets in a competitive CFD trading environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian will be an added advantage for effective technical communication
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Previous work experience in forex or finance trading industry
Strong awareness of market trends, emerging technologies, and new FinTech products and business models
