Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of property consultants and sales managers
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets, and ensure team performance
Drive strategies to increase sales closures and lead conversion
Conduct regular training and performance reviews
Monitor the sales funnel and support team with high-potential deals
Collaborate with marketing to ensure quality lead flow
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and pricing
Requirements:
5+ years of real estate sales experience in UAE (2+ years in leadership preferred)
Strong team management and leadership skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Must be based in UAE with strong knowledge of local real estate market
Preferred:
Driving license & own car
CRM experience (Bitrix24 )
