Job Description

Job Title: Head of Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales with Real Estate company experience to lead the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets. In addition, they will use their knowledge of the real estate industry in UAE to lead and mentor the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Use knowledge of the real estate industry to provide market insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of UAE property market.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role with a developer or real estate agency in high capacity with a proven track record in freehold sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.
  • Experience with sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
