How will you make an impact? As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will lead, define and implement the commercial strategy for the UAE retail network in close collaboration with the Commercial Director. As Head of Sales, you will manage the business operations related to retail, wholesale and travel retail by delivering strong performance, achieve sales targets, gain market share & promote a culture of performance.
Based on the Maisons global strategy, you will collaborate with the Commerical Director in performance analysis, review capabilities and environmental context and make reccomendations to achieve the vision of the Maison in the UAE. You will be responsible to grow and drive the full potential of the commerical and operations performance of the UAE retail, wholesale and travel retail & define key milestones and touch points with stakeholders.
How will you experience success with us? Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus) with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues, stakeholders and clients. You will have a proven track record of sales and project management with commercial leadership from a global luxury brand or equivalent customer service orientated business. You will hold a high level of intergity, with a strong entrepreneurial spirt & capacity to lead and motivate teams.
