Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets run smoothly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and replenishment processes.
  • Implement efficient stock management and control procedures.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Set sales targets for each outlet and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adapt the product selection and pricing.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across all outlets.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Train staff in customer service best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Develop and manage budgets for each retail outlet.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement cost-saving measures when necessary.
  • Ensure that the stores are visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
  • Monitor and maintain store layouts and product displays.
  • Optimize inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits.
  • Minimize losses due to theft or damage.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with tile suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, discounts, and pricing agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and seek out new suppliers when necessary.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, expenses, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Make data-driven decisions to enhance the division\'s performance.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans for the Tiles Division in collaboration with senior management.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and potential expansion locations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Ensure that the tiles meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Implement quality control measures and processes.
  • Address quality issues promptly and effectively.
