Lead and manage a team of sales executives Set targets and help the team achieve sales goals Develop and execute sales strategies Track performance and report progress Build strong relationships with clients Work closely with marketing and product teams
Requirements
5+ years in a sales leadership role MBA or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or similar Proven ability to lead teams and hit targets Good knowledge of CRM tools Strong communication and team skills
