We are looking for a
Head of Sales
to lead our sales team and help grow our business. In this role, you will be responsible for setting sales goals, creating strategies to reach those goals, and supporting your team to succeed. You'll also work closely with other departments like marketing and customer service to make sure our customers are happy and our company continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team Set sales targets and develop plans to achieve them Monitor sales performance and report on results Find new business opportunities and help grow customer relationships Work with marketing to attract new customers Train and support sales team members Make sure the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
Graduation in Business or a related field (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Economics) Proven experience in sales, ideally in a leadership role Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to plan, organize, and think strategically Good understanding of sales tools and CRM systems
