Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in a regulated financial services environmentKey Responsibilities
Design and implement
enterprise-wide risk management framework
Identify, assess, and monitor
market, liquidity, operational, credit, and technology risks
Develop risk limits, exposure controls, and stress-testing mechanisms
Oversee margin policies, liquidation frameworks, and client risk profiling
Ensure risk practices align with
SCA and VARA regulations
Report risk exposures to senior management and Board
Coordinate with Compliance and IT on risk mitigation
Review new products from a risk perspective before launch
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of
Crypto markets and derivatives
Experience in regulated brokerage or exchange risk management
Risk certifications (FRM, PRM) preferred
Analytical and decision-making capability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
