About Yajny: Yajny, the first local cashback website, and application in the MENA region, was founded in March 2020. Operating in Egypt, KSA, and UAE, Yajny helps its users save money by giving them cashback on every single transaction initiated through its platform. Users can browse different stores from different industries on Yajny and get up to 34% cashback while shopping on websites such as Amazon, Noon, AliExpress, Jumia, H&M, GAP, Adobe, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, among another 450 stores that have partnered up with Yajny. After the stores confirm the transactions, Yajny allows users to withdraw their cashback through different channels such as bank transfers, digital wallets, telecommunication operators, or financial retail outlets. Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- 6-10 years of experience in Sales
- Proven track record, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
