As dopay scales its core payroll platform, we are expanding a suite of revenue-generating financial products -- including EarlyPay (Earned Wage Access) and BridgePay (payroll bridge financing) -- designed to create real value for employers and employees while building a sustainable, high-growth fintech business.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Revenue Products to own and scale dopay's current and future revenue products as standalone business lines.
This is a senior role with end-to-end accountability for revenue performance, unit economics, adoption, and commercial execution. You will work horizontally across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure these products hit their revenue, usage, and profitability targets.
The role also includes direct responsibility for identifying, structuring, negotiating, and managing third-party relationships (including with banks, NBFIs, lenders, and funding partners) that underwrite and enable these products.
This role exists to ensure revenue products are not "side initiatives," but tightly run businesses with clear ownership, fast decision-making, and strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue targets, forecasts, and performance for EarlyPay, BridgePay, and future revenue products - be fully accountable for revenue delivery and commercial outcomes
Define and manage pricing, packaging, take rates, and contribution margins, and track and optimize unit economics, including cost of funds, losses, operational costs, and margins
Work with Marketing to design the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, targeting, attach strategies, and rollout plans
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive upsell adoption during onboarding and expansion phases, and to increase activation, repeat usage, and volume growth
Partner with business and consumer product to translate revenue and adoption goals into clear product priorities and requirements, and ruthlessly prioritize features and improvements that directly unlock revenue velocity
Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party partners supporting EarlyPay, BridgePay, and future revenue products, including banks, NBFIs, lenders, and funding partners

Requirements
Must-Have Experience
8+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B / B2B2C technology
Ownership of a product or business line with direct revenue or P&L responsibility
Strong understanding of credit-adjacent products such as EWA, lending, or embedded finance
Experience negotiating and managing partnerships with banks, NBFIs, or financial institutions
Highly analytical and comfortable owning hard commercial and performance metrics
Strong Plus
Experience in payroll, SME finance, EWA, or lending in emerging markets
Exposure to underwriting models, funding structures, and risk-sharing arrangements
Experience working within regulated environments and with compliance constraints
Deep familiarity with the Egyptian market
Personal Attributes
Strong owner mindset with a bias toward execution
Commercially sharp while deeply respectful of risk and compliance realities
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
Low ego, high accountability, and strong cross-functional leadership skills
