Job Description
Develop the retail Department policies and procedures to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements. Identify, develop, and evaluate retail strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors. Develop the sales plan and sales target for the branch. Develop a proposal of the jewelry stock in the branch, its turnover rate, and the items in it. Supervising the extent of the work team\'s commitment to the company\'s policies. The continuous follow-up to the performance of the branch\xe2\x80\x99s employees and the necessary guidance to them. Carrying out the performance appraisal process for the work team members on a regular basis.
