Job Description

  • Retail Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute the company\'s retail strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Create and implement annual and long-term retail plans to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt the retail strategy accordingly.
  • Store Management:
  • Oversee the performance and operations of all fashion apparel stores, ensuring consistency in brand image and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively and enhance the shopping environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock assortment, and replenishment strategies to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing retail team, including store managers, sales associates, and support staff.
  • Provide guidance and training to foster a customer-centric, sales-driven, and service-oriented culture within the retail team.
  • Sales and Profitability:
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for retail stores and drive sales growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize the financial performance of each store, managing budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement pricing and discount strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience in all stores, including personalized service, problem resolution, and feedback collection.
  • Implement customer feedback systems and use insights to enhance product offerings and store experiences.
  • Expansion and Store Development:
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for new store openings, remodels, and store closures based on market analysis.
  • Lead the planning and execution of store expansion and renovation projects.
  • Compliance and Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with all retail-related regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics to optimize stock levels and product availability.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Develop and present regular reports on the performance of retail operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to adapt strategies and optimize store performance.
