About this Position In this role, you will drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the regional Health domain, ensuring robust governance, continuous improvement, and impactful business partnership across all markets.
What youll do

• Lead Occupational Health and Wellness strategy across 11 countries, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and practices in collaboration with Cluster and Country Infrastructure Management and Supply Chain SHE networks.
• Oversee programs in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Medical Response, Travel Health, Pandemic Preparedness, Employee Wellness, Mental Health, Health Promotion, and Food & Water Hygiene.
• Provide technical advice on medical insurance and drive initiatives for employee health and well-being.
• Manage and coach three direct reports across Algeria, Lebanon, and Turkey, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Supervise performance of outsourced health services across 24 production sites within the region
• Ensure reporting transparency, operational excellence, and cost efficiency in all health-related activities.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in health programs to support business objectives.

• Direct involvement in recruitment and selection of site medical personnel and health service providers, ensuring rigorous standards.

• Excellent communicator across all formats-written, verbal, and virtual.
