We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Projects to lead our landscape and waterscape team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale landscape, irrigation, swimming pool, fountain, and specialty water feature projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and deliver multiple high-profile landscape and waterscape projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee project feasibility, master planning, and design coordination with consultants and architects. Ensure smooth execution of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pools, fountains, and water features. Manage project budgets, contracts, and procurement strategies for specialized materials and equipment. Mentor, guide, and manage project managers, engineers, and site teams across multiple projects.. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring satisfaction and strong long-term relationships. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in landscape and waterscape project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling large-scale landscape and waterscape projects. Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, MEP integration, swimming pools, and water features. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
