We are seeking an experienced

Head for our

Fit-Outs, Projects & Furniture Division, delivering exceptional projects across Residential, Hospitality, Offices, Banks, Retail, and Leisure sectors.

Our division covers Interiors, Furniture, Joinery, and Fit-outs, offering clients a seamless service including M.E.P., Woodworks, Consultancy, Design, Furniture, Production, and Installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational & commercial aspects of the Business Unit, ensuring brand establishment & highest customer satisfaction. Manage the Commercial, Project/Operations & Business Development/Sales Departments. Plan, direct & coordinate the operations of the Business Unit. Ensure performance, efficiency & profitability of departmental & organizational operations. Develop annual plans, budgets & sales strategies; monitor performance against budget to achieve targets. Be accountable for budgets & P/L of projects while maintaining profitability.

Requirements:

10+ years' UAE experience in Interiors, Fit?outs, Joinery & Playgrounds 5+ years in a leadership role (Head/Manager/GM) Bachelor's in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering (Postgraduate preferred) Strong Project Management skills (Sales & Operations) Experience in establishing SOPs and ERP implementation Excellent communication & presentation skills Proficient in MS Office Immediate joiners will be prioritized
