Job Description

Tasks
- Organization and control of the company's procurement processes;
- Development and implementation of the procurement strategy;
- Cost optimization and procurement budget management;
- Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards;
- Management of turnover and stock levels;
- Inventory analysis and demand forecasting;
- Interaction with logistics, production, and finance departments;
- Leadership of the procurement team, training and development of employees;
- Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities;
- Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, negotiation management.
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;
- Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset, leadership skills, strategic thinking;
- Strong organizational and systematic approach.
- Access to a comfortable workspace situated in Dubai.
