Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a Process Excellence framework to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Serve as the go-to business partner for transformation, supporting leaders in implementing, measuring, and improving processes. Ensure Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies are scalable and applied consistently across the organization. Identify and execute process re-engineering and automation opportunities in collaboration with IT, data teams, and operations. Define and track performance benchmarks using data and analytics to measure success and guide decision-making. Lead stakeholder engagement with executives, industry experts, and technology partners to bring best practices to life. Champion innovation initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of job-related experience (or 12+ years without a degree) in large multinational environments. Proven expertise in process mining, digital twin technologies, Lean Six Sigma, and operational improvement. Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-functional process optimization projects with measurable outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define KPIs and refine initiatives based on data insights. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Solid managerial skills, including team leadership, mentoring, and performance development. Experience in consulting, transformation programs, and/or AI-related projects is highly desirable.
